Adding a website url is easy. Please note, you or someone on our team, will need access to the website code to add a small bit of javascript. This allows the EyeLevel platform to communicate with your website so your chat appears. Website pages can be added from your Account Page:

They can also be added in context during new flow creation by clicking "I NEED TO ADD A NEW URL":

You will add the url for website page, along with any definers should you wish to have different chats on different pages. (A common use case is to have one chat flow on the main website page, and a different flow on the Contact Us page.)

Fill in the form, (the name will appear in the drop downs where you need to choose a webpage) and place the javascript code. Popular hosting sites, like Wix, Shopify, and Squarespace, have video tutorials that can help you place the code.
