On your dashboard, you have the option to create a custom flow, or create a flow from a template:

After you click "NEW CUSTOM FLOW", you will choose the platform that your chat will launch from:

Some platforms have uniques aspects to define before you start building your flow.

Facebook Ad: After you choose to publish you chat flow from a Facebook ad, you will choose or connect your Facebook ad account. Next choose or connect the associated Facebook page.

Facebook Page: If you choose Facebook Page, you will be asked to choose or connect the Facebook business page for your chat.
