EyeLevel has off-hours customization options. You can build and save multiple sets for different use cases. The business hours options include the opportunity to turn the chat off or to create an alternate flow that will run during the off-hours.

Business hours sets can be created on your Account page, and then accessed in the header navigation in the create flow interface.
