Some new concepts to familiarize yourself with

Flow: A flow or conversation flow, is a chat. A flow can be thought of as the overview of the steps a user will go through as they interact with the chat. EyeLevel allows you to create flows from templates or custom flows.

Dashboard: Your dashboard lists all your flows. You can view, edit, and delete any flow from the list.

Element: Element refers to a piece of a conversation flow. Your chats are composed of elements that make up the steps a user goes through in your chat. You can see all the element descriptions here.

Step: A step is one or more piece of a conversation flow and is made up of one or more elements. For instance, a step can be a single message to the user, an image, or it can be multiple buttons. A step can also be hidden from the end-user, such as a "track event".

Image or gif: Media that can be presented to the user during the conversation. You must have a url of the image or gif to add one to the flow.

Live chat: A live chat is when a user is directed from an automated chat to a person, such as a sale agent, for real-time conversations. EyeLevel allows you to create automated chats, live chats, and combinations of automated to live chats.

Integrations: Integrations allow you to create seamless connections between the marketing and sales platforms you already use. EyeLevel has many out-of-box integrations, but can also accommodate custom integrations requests.

Template: A template is a flow that is already built out. EyeLevel offer numerous templates based on popular use cases and chat functions.

Live transfer: Live transfer means that a person using the automated chat is transferred to an agent for a real-time chat. Real-time chats can take place using SMS, MS Teams and Slack. Custom live chat integrations are available.
