Naming Tips

Develop a naming system for your flows

Be sure to use names that are easily identifiable, especially if you plan to create multiple chat for different advertising. We recommend you develop a naming convention to help you manage your campaigns. Using descriptors like platform, use case, and version in your chat flow names can help you quickly identify flows on your dashboard.

Facebook Click-to-Messenger Ads

Whatever you name your flow on the EyeLevel platform, that name will appear in Ads Manager as the campaign name when you publish your flow. It is important to remember that if you choose to rename your campaign in Ad Manager, it will not update on EyeLevel.
