User tags are useful for lead nurturing, to learn about who is using your chat and for flow analysis. User tags are not visible to your leads when interact with your chat.

This is the form for adding a User Tag:

Label and values correspond to your database. These tags are automatically exported with Track Events. Contact EyeLevel for direct export of User Tag data.
