Multiple chats You can host multiple chats on the same webpage. When you publish a flow, EyeLevel generates a unique link that can be used in any CTA. The url will launch the associated flow.

Customizations EyeLevel offers many levels of customizations. You can can customize the colors and icons for the chat interface. You can also create sets of business hours which is very useful if you have live chat transfer as pat of your chat. These customizations can be created/edited/deleted on your account page.

Sharing You can share flows with co-workers or stakeholders who have an EyeLevel account by sharing the url for the flow (copy from browser window). They will not be able to access your account page.

Creating multiple flows for testing A simple strategy for testing flows is to make one, then duplicate it for your tests.

Analyzing your flows Optimizing flows is easy with EyeLevel. The flow diagram shows how many users advanced from one step to the next:

You can use these numbers in combination with the flow analytics to see where users are not advancing, and then optimize those steps in the flow. You can also utilize the text inputs for optimization to create chats around the concepts that your users care about the most. You can find the button for the analytics on the dashboard.

Retrieving a flow link or a QR Code: You can retrieve your links and Qr Codes for published flows right from the dashboard by clicking "GET PUBLISH INFO".
