Disconnecting and reconnecting elements

Sometimes you need to add new elements to your conversation flow or rework the branches.

To disconnect a section of a branch, click the connector arrow.

Highlighting the connector reveals the Connector form options, delete the connector or add a step between the two nodes.

Click the trashcan. The arrow will disappear and the part of the flow that came after the deleted connection will appear to the side.

Now you connect that branch to another part of the flow.

To reattach the orphaned section of the flow, click off the flow and return to the start screen with the directional copy on the left. You will see a button labelled "Connect elements":

Click that button, then click the first node to connect on the diagram. A red arrow will appear. Drag the arrow to the first node of the orphaned section of the chat flow to reconnect it.
