Adding an Element Between Two Steps

You can add a step between two without disconnecting the branch

To add a step between two steps in your chat flow, click the connection arrow. This will highlight the arrow and reveal the options:

If the connector highlighted can have another step added between the two, you will see the option to Insert a step. Clicking the cross icon reveals the floating menu of options:

Choose the element you wish to add and click the Update Element button. This shows text added before the User Input.
