Template Flows

First, name your flow. The name you choose will identify the flow on your dashboard. Check out these .

Now you can edit your template, customize your chat interface or duplicate it.

Your conversation, or chat, flow is comprised of "elements", or steps. They are referred to as "nodes" in the diagram of the chat.

If you choose to edit, you should periodically save your flow. When you are finished, click “PUBLISH”. When you publish, the chat is deployed to the platform you chose.

More information about editing can be found in the section.

General Flow Information

You can include images or videos in the flow by providing a url to a hosted asset.

You can also delete nodes and connect nodes. To delete a node, click on it, then click the “DELETE NODE” button. Deleting a node disconnects any nodes that come after it. “Orphaned” nodes and branches will have to be deleted or reconnected to save and publish.

Connectors

You can delete a connector by clicking the connector and then choosing the trashcan button on the left side of the page. You also have the option to insert a node between two steps when the connector is highlighted; just choose "Insert a step".

To connect nodes, click the “Connect elements” button, then click a node and drag the line to the node you want to connect it to.

You can periodically save your flow and when you are finished, click “PUBLISH”.
