  1. Your First Conversation Flow

Creating a Successful Chat

Basics for building and engaging and successful chat

Your flow should be as simple and informative as possible. First decide on the main goal of the flow, then add any secondary goals. It's usually best to keep your flow moving with three or less buttons choices to guide your users through the chat as quickly and easily as possible.

Open with a greeting. To find the best leads, ask two to three questions that: 1. Identify them as the lead Hi Brad! Are you ready to chat about vitamins? 2. State your value prop Our vitamins are personalized to your needs. What are your concerns? 3. State a second value prop, along with a strong CTA We have a special if you order today. You can create variations of this formula to learn more about the person. This can make live chats more personalized to the user.

Use brand tone, if your bot is connected to your company page.

Be straightforward.

Use emojis when it makes sense. 😀

Be conversational, use transitional words, thank your user if appropriate.
