Images and gifs are sometime appropriate for a chat flow. You can use them as reactions in the chat, as product illustrations, etc. You need a valid url for the image or gif to add it to your chat.

Images and gifs appear on the diagram as the image or static gif.

If your url is not valid, the image or gif will appear on the diagram as the error image. You can fix it by editing the image or gif and replacing the invalid url with a valid one.
