Introduction to EyeLevel

What You Need

Nothing! Once you create your EyeLevel account, you’re set. We can even host your chat if you don’t have a website.

Nice-to-haves include:

• access to your website code or the email address of the person who does (for chat on your website)

• Facebook Ad Account information (if you wish to run click-to-Messenger ads)

• account credentials for any marketing or CRM platforms, such as Teams, Mailchimp or Slack

• phone numbers of team members for group chat function

• payment information to get full access to all of EyeLevel's features

Onboarding

Next, you will walk through a series of screens that will identify important features for building your first conversation flow. As you navigate the interface, look for information dots and tooltips. As you encounter new pages for the first time, you will see a quick overview for the page.
