VIDEOS

Add videos that are viewable in the chat

Videos can be useful to tell the user about your company or a product.

You can add a video anywhere in your flow with a valid url. It will appear like this in the chat diagram:

You can embed Youtube videos in your chat. They will appear like this:

You can add other video platform links, but they will appear as a button in the chat interface:

Your user will view the video at the website url provided.
