Applying themes and hours to your flow
Once you have created business hours sets and chat themes, they are available to assign to any flow, whether a flow from a template or a custom flow.
In the edit mode of the platform, you will notice two drop downs on the right of the area with the buttons.

Once you have created a theme or hours set, you can select the ones you want to apply to your flow right from there. You will see the theme applied if you preview your flow.

If you do not assign a theme and/or hours, your chat will have the basic default theme and be "on" all the time.
