When you choose a new flow from a template, you will land on this page:
All the template options have a description (i icon) and can be previewed (eye icon). Once you have made a choice, you then choose the platform you wish to publish your flow to. Next, name your new flow. For all choices except Facebook, you will then pick a website page for the chat.
For Facebook, instead of choosing a website, you will pick or connect your Facebook ad account.
Choose a Facebook ad account. If you have not connected an ad account, you must do so.
You can then edit the flow or return to the dashboard.
